Shipping and Returns

How long will it take to ship my order?

We offer tracked insured shipping with DHL and try to process your order as quickly as possible. Shipping within Germany usually takes between 2-5 business days, other countries take longer.

If you wish to purchase larger items, please email andreacarinaweber@yahoo.de before processing your order. We will be happy to help you with the transport.

Our rates(bigger items excluded):

Germany 5-10 Euro (depending on the weight)

EU 11-15 Euro (depending on the weight)

NON-EU 23 Euro (depending on the weight)

What are your return conditions? 

We really hope you are happy with your order and enjoy your items. Sales are final and we cannot accept returns or cancellations on orders.

Please read the item descriptions carefully when placing your order or when you can visit our showroom to view the items before purchasing. Check the dimensions of the items you have fallen in love with and make sure they will fit your home.

If you have any hesitations about the size or condition of the furniture, please email us in advance. As vintage pieces are sold 'as is' - there may be slight imperfections. We thoroughly inspect each item beforehand and describe each item in the listing.
